The Journal of Law and Health is a student-run publication and is a traditional yet innovative periodical. Articles are drawn from all disciplines that offer a perspective on the legal aspects of medicine and health sciences. This pan-disciplinary format allows flexibility in both the type and length of articles published.
CSU Law’s Journal of Law and Health is excited to announce our annual Symposium on February 9, 2024
This year's theme is racial disparities in health outcomes. Distinguished attorney, anthropologist, and Berkeley Law professor, Dr. Khiara M. Bridges will delve into the implications of discrimination, racism, and marginalization within maternal and infant health, geriatric health, Medicaid and Medicare services, and healthcare accessibility.
