The Monte Ahuja College of Business at Cleveland State University aims to build, provide and reinforce foundational support for our students and to the Northeast Ohio business community through business-ready talent, impactful business knowledge and foundational community engagement.

We help to secure a prosperous future for Northeast Ohio by building a talent pipeline. More than 80% of CSU graduates choose to work and live in Northeast Ohio upon graduation. Many of them are first generation college students and underrepresented minorities. By developing their rich potential, we help to more fully support the region’s economic growth.

One of our key priorities is to expand our partnerships with local companies to familiarize students, starting the day they set foot on campus, with Northeast Ohio businesses. Celebrating and showcasing local businesses compliments the high-value business skills taught in our classrooms. 

All of our efforts prepare our students to become high-impact employees the moment they join the workforce.
