The CSU Canine Crew is an integral part of campus life at Cleveland State. It provides critical support services and promotes a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for students, faculty, and staff. The program includes two essential components: The Retired K9 Fund and the Therapy Dog program.

K9 Retirement Fund
Will ensures that our beloved K9 officers receive the care and support they need in their golden years. Dogs like Rex have served the campus and community with distinction, and we owe them a debt of gratitude for their loyalty, courage and dedication.

Therapy Dog Program
Provides students with an invaluable source of comfort and support during their academic journeys. CSU’s therapy dogs Rune and Thor are trained to provide emotional support and comfort to individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, and other mental health challenges.
Your donation to the therapy dog program will help us expand our fleet of therapy dogs and ensure that all students have access to this essential resource.
