Since its inception in 2015, the Sullivan-Deckard Scholarship Opportunity Program has stood as a pioneering force in post-secondary education, specifically designed to empower students transition from the foster care system. Over the course of the past nine years, the remarkable achievements and unwavering determination of this student cohort at CSU have not only become a national symbol of hope but also a regional catalyst for transformative change. 

Through our collaborative endeavors within this program, we have reshaped the narrative surrounding foster youth, sparking meaningful conversation in Cuyahoga County and beyond. Your support will play a pivotal role in offering tuition coverage, ensuring access to need-based meal plans (mandatory for on-campus housing), providing housing assistance, and encompassing essentials like toiletries, cooking utensils, groceries, and other necessities for eligible students residing on or off campus.
